ICC is a mental health vertical of Aarogyam orthopedics. Mental Health vertical provides a timely reminder that that mental health is essential and that those living with mental health issues are deserving of care, understanding, compassion, and pathways to hope, healing, recovery, and fulfillment.

The ambiance of the center is a very comfortable & therapeutic experience by keeping the area very welcoming, cozy, warm, and safe environment for emotionally vulnerable individuals. It provides perceptions of psychological safety, intimacy, willingness to self-disclose, to build therapeutic rapport, and to feel a sense of agency in the space. We Ensure that conversations are not audible outside the room & the Entrances, exits are as private as possible to make clients feel protected.

Our Centres physical environment has constantly positive influence on their emotions and general well-being. Most of the time layout of our center has a positive influence on mood, cognition, and behavior.

Research suggests that the presence of even small components of nature may be associated with better mental health.

At Insight Counselling Centre you see an abundance of nature in midst of the terrace garden, giving a view of plants in the office, having views of serene landscapes, & having access to a terrace garden adds to a positive therapeutic experience.
