At Insight Counselling Centre, Counseling services are available to all individuals who may be experiencing a wide range of difficulties including:

Counseling focuses on how your own thoughts and behaviors contribute to your depression. Your therapist will help you learn ways to react to things and challenge your preconceptions. You and your therapist might come up with goals.


Counseling help patients learn to identify and manage the factors that contribute to their anxiety. Patients learn to understand how their thoughts contribute to their anxiety symptoms. By learning to change those thought patterns, they can reduce the likelihood and intensity of anxiety symptoms.
